Hey, I’m Christina—and I know what it’s like to feel stuck.
At one point, I realized I was holding onto at least 60 limiting beliefs—beliefs that kept me trapped in self-doubt, fear, and overwhelm. But my struggles weren’t just in my mind. I was also navigating a deep healing journey through multiple traumas, chronic pain, C-PTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and my fair share of health challenges.
I know what it’s like to question your worth. To feel like no matter how hard you try, you’ll never fully break free.
But here’s the truth I discovered: Your thoughts are either building your future—or keeping you stuck in the past.
That realization changed everything. I dug deep, did the work, and rewrote the beliefs that were keeping me small. And in the process, I created the ACTING Method—a step-by-step framework to help other women do the same.
So, what do I do?
I help women break free from limiting beliefs, overcome self-doubt, and build unshakable confidence—so they can finally step into the power they were meant for.
Because here’s what I believe:
